Oct. 10, 1953. —Notes that five to six cheek teeth are present; the tusks are thought to "serve no useful purpose"; jaw movement is probably lateral; the enamel is simple; the dentine is tubular (orthodentine); and the cementum is lamellar. Also describes vestigial incisors and the distribution of enamel on the teeth. |
